Uploading Guide

You can reach the uploading area by clicking uploading icon on the right upper side of main page and upload files through this area. Choose the order you want to upload and upload the necessary files seperately (Cover, inner pages and all the extra options should be uploaded one by one).

Format  Multiple page PDF file, JPG and TIFF formats and only files prepared in Photoshop are acceptable.

PDFFiles must be free of Alpha Channels and all the clipping paths must be removed. All the images must be flattened. Press quality should be choosen. PDF files have to be in CMYK in color printing works; greyscale in black and white printing works.

JPG format must be standart JPG in maximum quality and baseline.

Resolution  300 dpi.

All the fontsand lines should be pure black.

Bleed should be 4 mm in three sides except spine side.

Safety space is the space on the 4 edges of pages. You should not position images, icons or signs in this area. There is a risk to be cutten out. Safety space in the pages is 8 mm. Safety space is the spine and 1 mm from the sides and 8 mm from the top and the bottom side.

Any kind of embossings fonts should not be less than 15pt. And the lines’ width should not be less than 1,2 mm.

Spot UV Varnishing should not be less than 13 pt. And the lines width should not be less than 1 mm.

Spine width should be made as follows: (Number of pages * 0,05 mm). Re-adjustment of spine width will be made according to paper type in our plant.

Cover With Flaps You can add flaps from one side or both sides as you wish. Flaps width should be at least 2 cm shorter than the finished formats width from each side, and each flap should not be shorter than 6 cm. Height of the flaps should be same as the works finished size (Please consider spine width).

Book Bands Book bands should contain 2 wings after the cover. Wings should not be less than 6 cm and should be at least 2 cm shorter than finished size. Height of the book bands should be maximum half of the finished size (Please consider spine width).

Jackets Jackets should contain 2 wings after the cover. Wings should not be less than 6 cm and should be at least 2 cm shorter than width of finished size. Height of the jackets should be same as the works finished size. (Please consider spine width).
