Where is the production place?

Production place, which is our own printing plant, is located in Türkiye. Although Printing plant is located in Türkiye, you do not need to import any clearance or transportation work. Our company P4p Online Printing Ltd is registered in UK and will handle all the transport and import tasks.

Is delivery fee included to the prices?

Delivery fees are included in the prices. All the goods are delivered to the address you stated in the order forms. Deliveries are available only in UK.

How is the proofing process?

You will receive a printed proof in 2-3 work days after making the payment and uploading the document. Please kindly write to our customer support if you approve the proof or not after the inspection the proof. Please consider that printing process will not start before receiving approval of proof.

What are the payment options?

You can make payments by credit card, debit card or direct bank transfer. For direct bank transfers, please kindly request the banking details from us through email or online customer support. Please give the quotation number which is written on our quotation stated in the explanations of your transfer.

Print file uploading.

You can upload your print files through the uploading area. Please inspect the uploading guide on our website to prepare the file accordingly.

What can be done in case of request of specifications which doesn’t exist in the calculator?

There is “Special Price Request” link below the calculator. Please click it and fill in the form according to your requirements. Our quotation is sent to you by email as soon as possible.

Do you print smaller runs?

We do not print less than 250 because we use only litho printing in production.
